I smelled something burning under the hood of my car today, and when I got out to check it, apparently the compressor locked up. Fantastic Customer service I went to this Subaru location to get a diagnostic on my car to ensure that all was well. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Claudia Herrera. She got my car in and out within a reasonable amount of time with the express service that they have at the location. I was pleased with the attention that she gave me as it was a Saturday and she had other clients to service as well. While waiting, I also observed her interactions with other clients and her knowledge for the car industry is incredible. She is a true asset to this company. I bought my Subaru because of the great service I received when first inquiring about one but now that I have one the experience of services have been great!
