I was in the market for a new Equinox. I had heard from a friend that they had good dealings with Herb Connolly Chevrolet in the past. As soon as I had walked into the door, I was greeted and asked if I c a friend that they had good dealings with Herb Connolly Chevrolet in the past. As soon as I had walked into the door, I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. The building was going under some renovation, but it did not at all hinder or interfere with anything in the areas I was in. When we sat down and crunched numbers, I was impressed on how much they were willing to come to the area of the ballpark I was looking at. Overall, I was very impressed of the dealership, in all areas. Even the service area was spotless and clean, and I like the idea of just drive in the bay and park the car. And I get a free car wash any time I visit. More
I've always had positive experiences getting my Chevys serviced at this dealership. I don't mind at all driving out to Framingham from Worcester to have my car kept up to date with each oil change. I have bought my last 3 cars from one of the Connolly dealerships and there is a reason for that. They are extremely honest, fair, and make every effort to not only keep you as a customer, but keep you a dealerships and there is a reason for that. I took my car in for an oil change, with only a few minutes notice to them, the car was serviced immediately, and also washed and vacuumed! I am spoiled by the treatment I receive whenever I go there, and don't plan on using another dealer for anything for a very long time. I have a Chevy HHR, which is a wonderful car and wonder why its not advertised on tv rather than the big SUVs! More
I needed an oil change and my "tire pressure" light came on every time I turned on the car. I checked my tire pressure and my husband did as well and there wasn't a problem. I brought the car in and this wa on every time I turned on the car. I checked my tire pressure and my husband did as well and there wasn't a problem. I brought the car in and this was fixed. I now turn on my car and don't have a worry that there "might" be something wrong with my tires. This is very important to me as I commute a long distance to work alone and often don't return home until 9 pm or later. I definitely don't want to be stuck on 128 or the Pike with a flat tire waiting for help. Thank you!!! More

Jay has been taking care of me for several years, and I feel confident that he sees that my car gets the service that it needs, without loading on unnecessary work. He's helped me through some pretty difficult times with transmission problems, and my car runs as good now as it did when I bought it. More

I was very happy with my first service experience. Service was promt and all the staff was very friendly. I felt the service people went the extra distance in everything they did. I also like the fact that I received a quick car wash and vaccum job. I was in for a tire repair. I noticed they checked and properly inflated the other 3 tires. That type of care and concern is what will keep me coming back. Most places do the bare minimum. I like that your dealrship did not. I hope it continues. I will be a customer as long as you do. More
Herb Connolly has built up a level of trust that I wouldn't bring my vehicles to anyone else. Always treated fairly and the work is done right and in a timely way. When I called to discuss my problem the female employee with whom I spoke was pleasant and personable. The appointment was made for exactly when I wanted to come in, and she offered me a ride home if I nee with whom I spoke was pleasant and personable. When I dropped off there were several employees standing around and one of them immediately smiled, came over, and greeted me. The service rep called me to let me know what was going on with my car the day they were working on it and it was ready when promised. More
