The Customer Service Person was very cooperative and I was very satisfied with his performance. However the performance of your maintenance department was very poor. The following are my reasons: I expected that the car would be returned to me in the same condition that you received it. The Luggage Cover was installed, instead of being returned to its’ storage location. The Battery Cover was left off; it was placed on the floor in the second row of seats. The carpet from the rear area was left off; it also was placed in the second row of seats. But most importantly, the “jump starting terminal cover” is missing. This cover is located inside the fuse box, under the hood. As the name implies, this positive 12 volt battery terminal is used to jump start the car. I consider this a safety violation, and should never be left exposed. My car was towed by the “Lexus Emergency Tow Service”. I do not know whether they lost the cover or if your maintenance department did. I’m assuming your people were the last to observe that the cover was missing and failed to correct the problem. Lastly, I expected to receive some paper work for my records, documenting the replacement of the battery. I understand that the job was performed under the warranty, but I would still expect some receipt regarding the replacement of a car component. More
