My appointment was related to a recall on my Honda CRV. I also asked that they flush the cooling system. All went as planned and on schedule. A few additional concerns, as they relate to the maintenance I also asked that they flush the cooling system. All went as planned and on schedule. A few additional concerns, as they relate to the maintenance of my car, were brought to my attention. There wasn’t any pressure to address these matters immediately. I felt as though the people at Herb Chambers just wanted to make me aware of some issues that I should plan on addressing in the near future. I appreciated this approach to servicing my CRV and their efforts to keep my car running safely and reliably. This was probably as good an experience as anyone could possibly expect when servicing their car. More
