Thank you Jordan Dutra I was searching for a replacement for my 7-years old Honda Accord. Since I had quite good previous experience buying my old Accord at Herb Cambers Hon I was searching for a replacement for my 7-years old Honda Accord. Since I had quite good previous experience buying my old Accord at Herb Cambers Honda, Seekonk, I started there. I was greeted by sales consultant Jordan Dutra. After listening to our request, he described the car that we were interested in with knowledge and passion. It was followed by a trial ride. It has to be stressed that Jordan behaved very professionally, and without any push and “usual pressure” that you may find elsewhere. Soon after, he arranged an estimate of my old Honda (as a trade-in), and then came back with the numbers. And I really have to admit that I liked the final price, both for the car and for my trade-in. I can say that it was my best experience buying a car so far (and I bought several cars in my life before). I don’t like those endless trips-to-manager, coming back with ridiculous price. Nothing like that with Jordan Dutra - he brought acceptable and final offer at the first time. I hope, this would be a trend, and we will be able to buy a car for a fair price without aggravation in the future. Just like buying at Herb Chambers Honda, Seekonk working with Jordan Dutra. PS. I need to add that finally I did not buy my new car there. But it was not because of sales service there (that as I stated above was excellent) but simply because Honda Accord is not equipped with parking-assist-sensors, even as a paid option. Since I consider this option as a very important to me, I decided to go with a different car. But if Honda had this option, I would definitely go with this car. More

Worst car buying experience I have ever had I purchased a 2004 crv that I never got to drive off the lot because they did not look at the car before having me sign paper work. We had such a bad experience because the dealer said a car was a certain amount and after we spent 2 hours there filling out the loan information he told us the car was 7,000 more than what he said. We left there really upset he was really pushy and we felt like he mislead us. We went to Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. Both of my roommates just got cars from there and they had a great experience. Rancier was the first person to greet us. He said, "if he could help us with anything or test drive anything to let him know." We test drove two cars and by the second car I found exactly what I wanted. It was a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and it was in our price range. Rancier was so nice and he was never pushy. I am so glad the price on the car was the actual price. All of the employee's that we saw or talked to were all so friendly. I could tell that the employee's were trying to help the customers the best they could. I would recommend this place because they have excellent customer service. Also, there cars are in great conditions and the warranties are worth it. More

When someone finally did, he tried to find a salesperson to help us, but they all seemed too busy. One finally did. He acted like he had better things to do as well. We asked to see a Crosstour and asked about their lease specials since we had seen one advertised online. He told us we had to do paperwork first. My wife said no, she wanted to see the car first and wanted more information on their specials, then she would do paperwork if still interested. He responded that we had to do the paperwork first. We walked out at that point. The treatment came across as if they thought we weren't serious customers. She's a doctor and could've bought the car on the spot if she wanted. Now, we will never go to Herb Chambers again and are decidedly not interested in a Honda. More
