Rancier Matos made my car buying a positive experience! I knew I was looking for a used Civic and was ready to buy when I arrived at Herb Chambers. I did not feel pressured and Rancier kept track of my likes and dislikes about different vehicles and we kept within my price range. Inventory was good so we looked at several vehicles. Colby: The best yet. I had been looking for a Honda pilot for awhile and went next door to Tasca. Found the car I thought I wanted, signed the paper work and then everyth I had been looking for a Honda pilot for awhile and went next door to Tasca. Found the car I thought I wanted, signed the paper work and then everything fell through. Had a horrible experience. Then I went back to Herb Chambers, where I looked a few days before, and had a much better experience with Colby. She made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. Check Their Work! I recently visited Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk - Service Center because the check engine light was on in my car. They told me that all of the oil I recently visited Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk - Service Center because the check engine light was on in my car. They told me that all of the oil levels & fluid levels were fine and I needed to have the oil pressure switches replaced. The next day I went to my local mechanic for a second opinion. He found that there was NO OIL in the car at all. I am so disappointed with the Service Center and their employees who allowed me to drive away, potentially damaging my car further than it already had been. Bottom line...if you're going to work with them...check their work, have them explain to you EXACTLY what they did (and don't allow them to make you feel like your intelligence is inadequate when you have questions), and make them cross their t's and dot their i's. Even then, if something doesn't feel right to you - head to someone you can trust. More
