The entire staff is very friendly and you never feel like you are being hassled through anything. The service department and the sales department are both always well staffed and are great at meeting all of your needs and request. More

Everything about my experience at Herb Chambers of Seekonk was super positive. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed with a genuine smile from Salesman Miguel Nebot. Miguel "listened" to what I was looking for and I always felt like I was in control of the situation. Often times when one thinks of buying a car the "hard sell" comes to mind. It was a joy to find that at this dealership there wasn't even a hint of that in the air. Believe me, I was ready for it! I visited on the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday and the showroom was pretty busy. Even though there was lots of activity on the floor, I felt like I was being given full attention. The search for the perfect car was calm and personalized. I was there with my Grandma who with her late husband had purchased three Hondas in past years from Herb Chambers. She had always received excellent care in both sales and the servicing of the vehicles. Miguel showed us a number of cars and accommodated my every request with his wonderful smile and genuinely kind personality. I felt like I was really being taken care of :). After a short time, I did settle on the perfect car for me. I couldn't be more pleased with the process, the personnel, the dealership and the GORGEOUS car! I would also like to add that in addition to Miguel Nebot being awesome everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Second time as good as first I just purchased my second vehicle from Rancier Matos. The car is in excellent condition as advertised and the transaction went as expected. Once agai I just purchased my second vehicle from Rancier Matos. The car is in excellent condition as advertised and the transaction went as expected. Once again dealing with Rancier was a pleasure. He was very accommodating, even bringing the car to our home so we could drive it and see it. My time at the dealer was reasonable and because of Rancier I was able to do the transaction in one day, under 4 hours. I will recommend Racier to my family and friends. More

Initial interactions with internet sales consultants were satisfactory and initial pricing offer caught my interest. Subsequent interactions were incrementally worse. Lesson learned ,based on reading other reviews of this dealership is to choose the right sales consultant to work with. Someone with more knowledge and experience of the overall process, may have made this interaction much more favorable. More

This was my first lease I went to the dealership to purchase or lease a new vehicle and was greeted by Brian Delsesto. I told him that I was interested to learn the advantages of leasing. We sat down and he explained everything to me in terms that I could easily understand. We went for a test ride and then sat down to see what it would cost. It wasn't long before I was the proud owner of a 2015 Honda CR-V. I wound like to say that from the initial contact to the delivery I treated like a friend. I would recommend this dealership and Brian to anyone looking for a good deal and a real nice car. More
