Cindy at Herb Chambers service department in Braintree is the best. She is professional, courteous and has the ability to explain what’s happening to my truck and how long it’s going to take in ways that I u the best. She is professional, courteous and has the ability to explain what’s happening to my truck and how long it’s going to take in ways that I understand. I actually seek her out when I make my service appointments because I know I’m going to get great service from her. In the past, I have gone to other dealerships service departments, and always felt like they were talking down to me, like I wouldn’t understand what’s happening to my truck, which made me not really trust them. I have never felt that way with Cindy, and that’s why I keep coming back to Herb Chambers Service department in Braintree. More
