And it is once again another great experience, and i really want to thank Tong and John and others for helping make it happen. I purchased my first x3 from here about four years ago with very good experience, and I enjoyed very much the ride ever since. With the newer generation, i thought about getting a new one if i can get some good deal. I did some homework and just made an appointment while servicing my car in the dealership. It’s a blessing to have Tong being assigned to help with my purchase. Tong is super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He fully understood our needs and patiently walked through the inventories to look for the cars that my wife and i like. Unfortunately none of the inventories were ideal match, and Tong suggested to special order one that could be a perfect match. I was a little hesitant at first as I thought that would make it hard to get a good deal. Turned out i was wrong as they did give us a good deal. Of course there was a few rounds of negotiations, but it was totally a no pressure, no pushing type. We signed the paperwork and put down the deposit that day, even though we were not sure we would pull the trigger when we first got there. While waiting for the car being built and delivered, Tong kept us in the loop and updated us on the status. We had to postpone a couple of times the date for taking the delivery and Tong just accomondated our last minute changes. While doing the financial paperwork, It was also a good experience working with John. Overall we cannot ask for a better experience and will definitely recommend Sudbury for anyone considering getting a BMW. More
