My 2020 Explorer has been in their shop for 81 out of the past 180 days for two different problems:one electronic and one transmission. Reasons given for ridiculous amount of time we’re Covid at Ford.( there past 180 days for two different problems:one electronic and one transmission. Reasons given for ridiculous amount of time we’re Covid at Ford.( therefore no parts) and Covid at dealer ( mechanics ). Real ? Probably some of it. At any rate I am not happy with either party.
