She was very personable, down to earth and not pushy at all. Usually when you buy a car the sale person is trying to talk you into a car. She did not. She simply informed us about the cars, gave us options and let us decide. That's how car buying should be. As for the price, it was very fair. Obviously would have liked to get a better price, but who wouldn't? The finance manager was very nice to work with as well. More

Fantastic car buying experience I was looking for a specific VW. VW of Concord had the car I wanted in stock. I went to see the car, not expecting to buy it. I had done a lot of rese I was looking for a specific VW. VW of Concord had the car I wanted in stock. I went to see the car, not expecting to buy it. I had done a lot of research on the car pricing as well as what I should expect on my trade-in. When I arrived at the dealership, the staff was very helpful. I worked with Mike Schumaci. His attitude was great. No pressure, easy going. Between Mike, Sarah McKenzie and Patrick Steadman, we quickly came to a great deal on the car and on my trade-in. I ended up buying the car. I was in and out of the dealership in about 3 hours. It was a super smooth transaction and the attitude of the employees made the whole experience so easy. I really appreciate their help. I've already referred a friend to VW of Concord. He ended up buying a car from them as well. He reached out to me and said he also had a fantastic experience with this dealership.
