The dealership and our sales person were very helpful and friendly. Our sales rep. Breanna was awesome. They found the car she was interested in, explained all the features, handled the financing, and had us out the door in short order. We were so pleased with the Hendrick VW experience, I went back to them and bought my new Silverado there from the Hendrick dealersip in Cary NC. We started out our day knowing we wanted a VW Atlas and we were honest with Robert that we were "shopping" all the dealerships in the area in search of the best deal. He was very kind and gentle in his approach, very well-mannered, and given our experiences with the other dealerships, he was hands down the best! He was not pushy or insistent in any way, much unlike some of the others. He told us he would check in with us later in the day, and he did, but only to see how our search was going. When we were ready to make our final decision, he worked with us and not only got us the car in the color we wanted but a step up to the Premium, and for the best price of the day! We were totally satisfied! RD was knowledgeable, but he was also genuinely personable! He made our experience over the top! We highly recommend Hendrick Volkswagen and RD! More

Great buying experience I recently made a purchase of a pre-owned vehicle at Hendrick VW of Concord. The experience was the best I’ve had with any dealerships. The sales I recently made a purchase of a pre-owned vehicle at Hendrick VW of Concord. The experience was the best I’ve had with any dealerships. The sales person BreAnna was a true professional in all aspects. She provided expert knowledge of the vehicle and great personal touch. I originally saw the car online and fill out the ‘contact us’ form. Within ten minutes BreAnna called with detailed information. Within the next hour I was test driving the car with her. Two hours later we were finalizing the deal. I’m usually as slow decider with large purchases, however, BreAnna made it easy to decide. The dealership surrounding added a great touch as well The layout, comfortable chairs, support staff helped make it a great purchase experience. Also, my kids loved the popcorn. Overall I would purchase again from the dealership and recommend others to purchase there. The only drawback was with the finance manager. He seemed irritated during the negotiation process. That was the only reason I didn’t give five stars. Thx More

When I say "we", I mean my Mother, my Husband, and myself--as it took all of us to purchase this vehicle that I fell in love with during a 3-year lease. Robert, and all of those that we dealt with, knew that we had a unique situation, and made sure that it was as easy on all of us as possible. My Mother wanted to adopt him. He definitely was a sweetheart, but he also maintained utmost professionalism and hung in there with us until the deal was done--never once showing any impatience or having anything other than a smile for us all. Amazing people I tagged along with a friend, as she knew I needed a car too, but I didn't think in a million years that I would be approved as easily as I was! And o I tagged along with a friend, as she knew I needed a car too, but I didn't think in a million years that I would be approved as easily as I was! And on top of that, getting approved with no down payment! Everyone there, most importantly BreAnna, did what they could to understand my situation and do their best to help me.
