Dealer had my vehicle for 20 months I received a recall notice from Hendrick Toyota. It was for the takata passenger's side airbag. When I brought it in I was told the solution was to I received a recall notice from Hendrick Toyota. It was for the takata passenger's side airbag. When I brought it in I was told the solution was to not let anyone ride in the passenger's side. I told them that was not acceptable and asked how long it would take to get a replacement part. They didn't know. After having my car for 20 months, Hendrick Toyota returned it to me with a new passenger airbag. However the brakes were squealing whenever I'd back up or go forward. I brought the car in to see what was causing the squealing. They told me I needed a new water pump, 4 new tires + an alignment, An engine cleaning, and new brakes. Cost Over $1,200. I asked if the brakes were worn, they said no but they had glazed over in the 20 months they had my car. I had them replace the water pump. I came home and wrote a bad review so Toyota Corporate called me and asked a bunch of questions then told me a customer relations manager from Hendrick would be in touch with me. Meanwhile I bought 4 new Goodyear Eagle tires elsewhere (for over $300 less than Hendrick wanted to charge), and got an alignment. I cleaned the engine compartment, (which was really dirty, again because the car sat for 20 months) and last week the customer relations manager called, listened to my story and said she took notes and would get back to me in a couple of days. Over a week later I called her, left a voice mail and she just called me back this morning to let me know there was nothing they intended to do. They also put regular oil in my car, even though they knew factory recommendation calls for synthetic oil. I do not recommend this dealership. More

Buckley Fulghum and the care of my 2013 FJ I am the proud owner of a 2013 FJ Cruiser, which the general public admires, and which the staff at my dealership envies, lol. The management and precision with which my FJ is serviced at your facility is tremendous. And it all starts with Buckley. It is my goal to keep this vehicle well past 300,000 miles, and he is determined to help me do that. It would be easy, and has been in the past, to feel as if one is taken advantaged of in reference to recommended services or the cost of the same. I haven't had that experience with Buckley. I'm an FJ lover, not a mechanic, and he has been very patient and thorough is explaining to me the why's and the reasons for the why's that certain things need to be done at certain intervals. Its been a great education, and one that I am very comfortable in trusting. The FJ is a remarkable vehicle, and I am grateful to have it serviced under the watchful eye of Buckley. (PS: His tattoos are fabulous. Sorry he has to keep them covered, though I do understand corporate policy. My daughter is in the music industry, and my son is in the military. So tattoos mean something different to me than they do perhaps to the general public. Just wanted to give a shout out for the whole man, and not just his talents as a service provider. More

Happy customer I made an appt with George for 10:00 for routine service on my 4runner. My paperwork was ready and they immediately took my car to the service center I made an appt with George for 10:00 for routine service on my 4runner. My paperwork was ready and they immediately took my car to the service center. George completed the paperwork and I went to the dealership cafe where they have complimentary coffee. The cafe was decorated in a patriotic motif in honor of July 4th. Very nice, especially for those that were veterans. I was also offered a cupcake to celebrate the 4th. When my service was completed i was happy to see that I had a nice clean car to ride home in. Thanks Hendricks for a great experience. More
Fast efficient service but questionable diagnosis I can not say enough about how quickly the dealership was able to receive my car for repair and begin its repair. That was excellent. However, once the vehicle was running, the additional add on costs troubled me as I was not there to determine if their diagnosis was accurate. As a result, the costs of the repair increase precipitously. As a customer, you do not know whether the mechanics are speaking truthfully. More
Had a slice on right front tire; would not hol air. Chase Mitchum greeted me in the bay when I drove in. It was obvious after he saw my right front tire. I told him I could air it up to 32 psi and it would start leaking, but I did not know where. He wrote me up and sent the truck back to repair. Later, Chase told me there was a split on the inside of the tire. I told him that I had tire and rim warranty, but couldn’t remember who, but that I bought it from Sparks Toyota. He said “no problem I got it.” He called Sparks, then the warranty co. and got a case number. No charge for a new Michelin. He said that he would complete the warranty paperwork. Chase went above and beyond in my opinion...all with a great attitude. Could not have asked nor received better service. Kudos Chase. Scale of 1-10, he is 15+. More
