Not the best I recently came in for an oil change, new tire for a spare and a new rim to replace a damaged one. The damage one was to go on the spare tire. I arriv I recently came in for an oil change, new tire for a spare and a new rim to replace a damaged one. The damage one was to go on the spare tire. I arrived early and the advisor (Andrew) told me it’s not a problem and we will get you taken care of. I explained what I needed done and went inside to sit down. A few minutes later he approached me to double check he understood what I wanted. I was impressed with that, and glad he wanted to make sure things were done right. Come to find out the tire I called ahead to get ordered was not the correct tire. Andrew already had one of his technicians headed to the nearest store with it in stock to get it back to Toyota as quickly as possible. I ended up waiting 4 hours because of the mix up and I was exhausted do to being up all night from work. All said and done, Andrew was very nice and did his best to keep me happy. It was a frustrating time, but I don’t blame him one bit. I appreciated his kindness and him trying to get me out of there as quickly as possible. I hope this review gets to him, because I will recommend him every time I come in for work on my truck. More
