Wait after car was ready 2 hours for routine maintenance seems excessive. Then the service person couldn't be found even though car was ready. Sister had to wait about 10 minutes before the person was found. Service person was helpful, but someone should have been available to check out without having to wait. It appeared to my sister that they were backed up in checking people out once their cars were done. It is possible that the dealership is overbooking routine maintenance. More
