He answered all of our questions and was able to locate a vehicle in the color and features my wife wanted for her new car. Ryan kept us up to date on the arrival of the new vehicle and was even to get our paperwork started early on purchase day even while working with another client. I asked for Derek Rowles to be our finance manager again since he did my financing for the first purchase in December 2024.
