Last week, I chatted with Blake, a purported manager, over the phone. The way he responded to me during the call made me feel so devalued and insulted. It was unbelievable to me that a manager would addr over the phone. The way he responded to me during the call made me feel so devalued and insulted. It was unbelievable to me that a manager would address someone in that way. I discovered there isn't a manager named Blake when I went over their meet the staff page. It makes sense why the manager would use a false name. I find it hard to believe that a "trustworthy" company would tolerate such unethical behavior. Is there really a genuine sense of value placed on customers here? More
Excellent everything, as usual. I've bought two new cars from Hendrick Honda and am looking for a third. I met a new sales person, Bria Liferidge, yesterday and was 100% impressed with her knowledge , in detail, of all the Honda vehicles, the technology used, pricing, financing, service, etc. The manager showed that he really wants my business, and everything was done smoothly and quickly. The dealership is clean, comfortable, has good coffee, 2 big screen TVs, and a large waiting area for service. The service department has been consistently excellent for my every service over the last 11 years. I most highly recommend Hendrick Honda. More
Kevin Parker did a great job with the sale of our new Honda Pilot. He was very efficient and did his best to make the process as quick and seamless as possible. Brought my car in for a recall on the A/C condenser. They overcharged my A/C with too much refrigerant and my mechanic had to remove it to a tune of $400. I wish I had just paid the money to have my mec They overcharged my A/C with too much refrigerant and my mechanic had to remove it to a tune of $400. I wish I had just paid the money to have my mechanic replace the condenser in the first place to avoid this whole mess. To make the situation even worse... I believe this caused permanent damage to my A/C as it is still having a hard time building pressure and randomly blows warm air. Never stepping foot in this dealership again. More
We love our Honda Odyssey so much that we will only let Honda do the repairs. While many other independent car shops have great performance records, we only trust our car with our local Honda dealer. I have worked with Marc Mounts, one of the technicians there at Hendrick Honda , for more than 15 years. Many years ago before my father passed away he went with me to speak with the dealership about repairs on my car. I was grateful to have him, for I knew very little about car repair. When we walked away from Marc Mounts, my dad looked me straight in the eye and said stick with him, he will never do you wrong . Since then, not only myself, but my husband and my little sister both call Marc when they need a trusted person to manage their car repairs. I highly recommend both Hendrick Honda and Marc Mounts for all your Honda and other car repair repairs!! More
I really enjoyed my visit to RH Honda. I did not plan on purchasing a car when I went in; but the next thing I knew I was driving a new car home. She is knowledgeable, and easy to work with. There was no pressure to purchase anything. My visit was a pleasure!!! I started with a used car, and eventually bought a new car. More
