Service is based on manufacturer suggested time lines, not thorough inspection of the car components. This is very frustrating as repairs are sold as critical when no one has actually visually inspected t not thorough inspection of the car components. We were on site for two hours for a scheduled oil change that shouldn't have exceeded 45 minutes at most. Staff is friendly. But that doesn't mean a whole lot when you're having to wait and feel that you're not getting honest information. More

After hitting a deer a day before leaving town for Christmas, I was in need of services to assess my car while not cancelling our travel plans. Shawn was amazing at taking care of all communication with adjustor and myself during the process. We did not have to cancel our travel plans. My car was a total loss. I returned to the dealership after Christmas to empty my 2013 Pilot, unsure if I was driving home in a rental or a new car. I had already called the dealership before arriving and told the salesman, Art about my unexpected need for a new vehicle. I gave him my budget and asked if there was any way he could get me in a new or barely used basic 2025 Honda Pilot. After searching online at car prices, I was very concerned about being able to afford a roomy SUV. Not only did he get me in a 2025 Honda Pilot, he got me in a Certified Pre-owned Touring that had less than 6k miles and kept me under my magic number. I did add basic warranty with GAP coverage that put me $3 over my limit. My used car looks and smells new! I am beyond pleased with my purchase and my experience with this dealership.
