Hendrick Honda's Service Dept has always been exceptional in diagnosing a problem and getting me scheduled in a timely manner. They do not appear to be out to find a problem that doesn't exist. Service representatives are courteous in their manner and mindful of the customer's time. I feel comfortable when I leave that any concerns I've had have been addressed and any repair that was needed was completed properly. And to top it off, I'm left with a clean car!
