I submitted an E-mail request for more information about an Elantra that was in their inventory. He introduced us to Nicole and while Ty showed the car that we were interested in she visited with my wife. Ty was very knowlegeable about the car and explained all the features and anwsered my questions. After making the deal we had the pleasure of meeting Mark the Money Man. Again, very knowledgeable professional that knows his business. He was very helpful and explained all the paperwork and warrants in great detail. Overall it was one of the best experiences that I've had a car dealership. Everyone was very nice and took care of business without being "Old School". In early December 2010 I received a call requesting I bring in my 2005 Elantra and they would be able to get me into a new or used car at about the same payments I had. I went down, looked at a used 2010 Elantra that had slightly over 10,000 miles on it. This was on a Thursday. Loved the vehicle but had to wait until the weekend as wanted my husband involved. We returned on 12/12/10, a Saturday, the car I drove on Thursday was gone, but they had another Elantra, silver, 2010, just about the same miles but $1,000 more. We went with the car, this being the third Elantra we have purchased from this dealership. They agreed to $2,000 for my 2005 car, and I told them I didn't want to go over $239/month pymts and with gap ins. and maint. coverage. Rich worked with finance enough that my monthly payment is now only $261, a figure I am totally comfortable with. I had warned him that I would be a hard sell as had already made up my mind just what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay! Was lots of fun watching Rich getting the bargain I wanted, but I sure appreciate it. Everyone was great. More

We came out to Henderson Hyundai looking for a SUV. Lenny Duval met us on the lot. He was nice and very understanding in what we needed. Mind you we were there just so call window shopping. Josephine was great at following up via email and phone calls. My parents were especially impressed with their sales manager, Tyreese Williams and the Internet manager, Alan Moceo. Both were extremely courteous and made the whole buying experience a pleasant one. We were initially hesitant due to some unfavorable reviews, but we are happy to report that Henderson Hyundai is great to work with and everyone is very friendly. They were very accomodating and helped fix an issue with our navigation system having an outdated set of maps. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Las Vegas area looking to buy a new car. More

Salesman Jason Marchello was a pleasure to deal with. I'm a straight-shooter and told him from the start I don't want a runaround or the "Good Guy-Bad Guy" routine with his sales Manager. Went inside and asked him one time for the best deal he could do. I had a guaranteed price from using USAA's Car Buying service so I knew he didn't have much room to cut the price. The vehicle had a few extra options on it so I paid a couple of hundred bucks more, but than Jason gave me an extra $500 discount from Hyundai for being a Military Veteran! SOLD! I walked into the dealership, test drove the Tucson, completed the sale and paperwork, had the vehicle inspected/prepped (as it was just off the trailer), detailed, full tank of gas and drove it home...all within 2 hours! Just the way I like to buy a car...no bull! I highly recommend Henderson Hyundai, salesman Jason Marchello and their vehicles. Tony Young More

It took me a week to get out to Henderson Hyundai and the whole time she stayed in touch with out being to buggy. I called Josephine to set an appointment and she made me feel welcome right away!!! I called Josephine for directions and she got me right to the front door with her waiting there for me. When we got there she had Eddie Z available to assist us on our test drive. Eddie also showed me the 2011 Elantra Touring and when I saw that I fell in love.He was so fast, helpful,relaxed natured not even like a salesman more like a friend of the family.
