Working with Noli was great. He had me in and out in the time i stated and at the price I wanted. I had shopped around a lot before going their but I should have gone there first! You cant beat what you get time i stated and at the price I wanted. I had shopped around a lot before going their but I should have gone there first! You cant beat what you get when you buy a new car from Henderson Hyundai. Noli was the most courteous person I have worked with at any dealership. He took the time to explain the focus features of the car I was interested in and sold me the same day! After the sale, Noli has been great in keeping in contact with me if i had any questions or concerns. Thanks so much! More

I have a 2005 Sante Fe purchased at this dealer along with an extended warranty. After doing all scheduled maintanance despite very low miles at this dealer I got an engine warning light yesterday. Aft with an extended warranty. After doing all scheduled maintanance despite very low miles at this dealer I got an engine warning light yesterday. After diagnosing the problem I was told that they needed to take apart the engine in order to change a spark plug. It was not covered under the warranty, what a shock. Bottom line, over $500 to replace spark plugs. I must be an idiot for not understanding how if it was a coil they would "work with me" but since spark plugs aren't really a repair it's all on me. I don't know if it's the dealership or the brand but I feel pretty put out by this kind of bill. More

We entered your establishment in hopes to find a suitable means of transportation on 02DEC2010. The vehicle was intended primarily for myself and our seven year old twin girls with an eye on safety and value. At this time we were introduced to Mr. Harvey. This letter is to make our experience abundantly clear that Mr. Harvey deserves praise and recognition for his high level of customer service. This includes excellent non-verbal perception of the perspective client, and intense commitment to the Hyundai Company. The impact on the sale was technically due to Mr. Harvey's capability to display an exceptional genuine and sincere personality, while able to utilize superb listening skills of the customer at that specific moment. Mr. Harvey has also mastered the art of retaining a new customer by winning our trust and keeping in touch on a regular basis. Although we might have lost a pound or two in the process that day, Mr. Harvey packed a positive punch by going above and beyond to make the transaction appear on paper with little turbulence for our family. In fact, our twin girls were mesmerized by the talent of art as Mr. Harvey drew beautiful pictures for them, keeping them preoccupied as my husband and I finalized the business end of paperwork. Mr. Harvey is an extremely intelligent asset to your company that knows very well how to fill the odd time of waiting for the numbers from the lender for the lease to be accepted. you may know, I am not a easy customer, nice but stern. However, our experience with Mr. Harvey has exceeded my expectations, which is pivotal to our decision-making process. Our family here fore firmly concludes that Mr. Harvey should be rewarded for his high standards in customer service, honored for his commitment to his current position at Henderson Hyundai, and remarkable knowledge of the product he represents. Thank you for your time. Do not not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Sincerely, Annemarie Arthur. fifinellagirls@gmail.com (702)354-7490 More

I had been there earlier this week looking and told Chuck that I would need to come back with my husband who is tall and wanted to make sure the car would be comfortable for him to ride in. I had all intent that I would need to come back with my husband who is tall and wanted to make sure the car would be comfortable for him to ride in. I had all intentions of buying a Sonata. Chuck suggested driving an Elantra as he thought it would be big enough and knew I was concerned about gas mileage. Was he ever right! We went in today and bought a new Elantra. I love the car! It has all the bells and whistles and my husband fits nicely. No pressure, no hard sell, and a great deal overall. I would recommend this dealership over any other. More
