Also having been in Sales for 40 yrs, the fact that he did not use HIGH PRESSURE tactics was a big plus. ( I can see it coming a mile away and I would have walked out)I commend Mr Atwood and would recommend anyone looking to purchase or lease a car to him. In addition Mr. DiPietro again was most personable and extremely pleasant to do business with. His assistance in getting me financed and working with me as I could not cash the check I had until the next day, was unbelievable. There was a mutual trust developed. THAT IS THE WAY BUSINESS SHOULD BE DONE "MUTUAL TRUST". I from the old school, we did business on a hand shake. Didn't need all these lawyers. It was nice to see that this , all though very rare, still exists at Hendersn Hyuandai. I would buy from these 2 people again. More

I just purchased a new elantra from John who I felt was on my side from the get-go, thus I thought I should share my appreciation. I had the pleasure of working with him after being disappointed with a de on my side from the get-go, thus I thought I should share my appreciation. John gave me honest answers to all my questions and gave me the pros and cons of a few models I was interested in for my specific situation. You will not find a better person in the business and I will be back to John when my daughter needs a car here in the near future. Overall the dealership was smooth flowing and I have no real complaints other than my wash and detail upon leaving did take a lot longer than I expected, but I don't know if that should be something I want rushed anyhow.
