⭐☆☆☆☆ I was in the market for a new Mercedes-Benz lease and found a salesperson who goes by **"Mikey Mercedes"** through his Instagram page. After calling him on Friday and receiving no response, I f lease and found a salesperson who goes by **"Mikey Mercedes"** through his Instagram page. After calling him on Friday and receiving no response, I followed his instructions and sent a text with the vehicle I was interested in. He replied that he would call me back on Sunday, but he never did. By Monday, after still not hearing from him, I called again and sent a follow-up text asking if he intended to return my call. His response was that he was busy with "back-to-back calls." I told him that was fine and that I would simply lease a Mercedes elsewhere. He then called me, and I calmly explained that I was disappointed with the lack of communication and felt the customer service had been unprofessional. As I ended the call, he told me, **"Go xxxx yourself."** I immediately called back to make sure I had heard him correctly. He confirmed it and repeated the same phrase multiple times. He then challenged me by saying, **"If you want to find me, come find me,"** while repeatedly giving me the dealership's address. I have never experienced anything like this from someone representing a luxury automotive brand. Regardless of whether someone ultimately makes a purchase, no prospective customer should be spoken to in this manner or challenged to come to a dealership. I contacted the sales manager immediately after the incident. He was apologetic and listened to my concerns, which I appreciated. However, this type of behavior is completely unacceptable and falls far below the level of professionalism I would expect from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. I hope dealership management and Mercedes-Benz USA take this incident seriously so no other customer has a similar experience. More
