After my oil change they let another customer leave with my traverse instead of taking his own traverse. When I went to get into the traverse that they said was mine, I looked at the vehicle and told the s my traverse instead of taking his own traverse. When I went to get into the traverse that they said was mine, I looked at the vehicle and told the service people this is not my Traverse! They looked at me confused and I said this Traverse is black, with black interior and the interior is dirty. My traverse is dark gray with gray interior and is clean. They got on the phone and called another customer who I believe they realized took mine, asked him where he was and if he could come back to the dealership because that was not his traverse that he was driving. It took him at least 15 minutes to return with my Traverse. They called me out to the service department and said your Traverse is back and it’s in one piece! Never offered me any kind of comp for my inconvenience and worry for where my Traverse may be. They could have offered gas, a detailing or something to me instead it was “its back in one piece”! This is our 2nd leased Traverse and I always use your service department for the oil changes and tire rotation. This is very concerning to me that this could even happen. More
