The service department is the worst I've ever dealt with and continues to be the worst and they do nothing to fix the problem just tell you what do you want us to do. All they try to do is put parts on a ve and continues to be the worst and they do nothing to fix the problem just tell you what do you want us to do. All they try to do is put parts on a vehicle that will not resolve the issue of the problem. Also when you try to talk to the GM he doesn't respond within a timely matter as if he doesn't care either. it's sad that if you want to get something done you might have to go through GM customer service and do a complaint. Also I try to go through the next manager in line from the GM and never got a respond back either. The worst of it is they act like you don't know anything as if your a dummy, then they keep the vehicle for days and yet nothing gets fixed. How frustrating this place is. More
My experience at the dealership was great, the service was fast, and friendly. The cost was a tad higher than I expected, but still was reasonable.
