Awesome car buying experience!! My husband and I went to Scholfield Hyundai West to look at a car we had found online. When we arrived, the car looked like it was in the process of b My husband and I went to Scholfield Hyundai West to look at a car we had found online. When we arrived, the car looked like it was in the process of being sold. I didn't want to stop because I was all too familiar with the "salesman" approach of most dealerships. My husband wanted to go inside to double-check on the online car and we were met at the door by Bill Stout. Bill informed us that the car had, indeed, been sold. He then asked what specifics we were wanting in a vehicle so that he could keep an eye out for it. Bill Stout did an excellent job of being detailed oriented concerning the things that we did and did not want in a car. After compiling our "wants" list in a vehicle, he offered to show us a couple of cars that he thought we might like. Being in charge of finances in my home, I was nervous for the financial part of the car buying process. Bill understood my concerns and did an excellent job making sure the payment was something I was comfortable making, as well as making sure that any requests for the car were scheduled to be taken care of before leaving the lot. We ended up falling in love with our beautiful 2012 Hyundai Elantra. It is not the type of car that we originally went to look at, but it is the car that is best for us. We will not only be returning to Bill again for my husband's vehicle purchase, we will make sure that everyone we know who is car shopping knows of Bill Stout and our awesome car buying experience.
