My husband and I were very pleased with Hartford Toyota. Omar was a great listener! He explained everything and was so patient when questions would be asked. The waiting room definitely needs more attention, at least put free water! I had been at jeep dealership and they have coffee, sodas and cookies while we wait, seriously I spend over 4 hours waiting a least put free water!
