From the initial contact via IM to setting up my appointment with Tina to test drive, to my sales experience with Lilia Browne, and finally with Marc the business manager they made my recent purchase a very good experience. Lilia patiently took several test drives with me and had a great eye in seeing the newly arrived Corolla that I would end up purchasing. It was right off the truck that day and I was able to test drive and make my decision from there. Picked up the car the next afternoon, and Lilia went through all of the outside and inside features. We also took a tour of the service department, and finally ended up with the business manager Marc to hammer out the final details. All of the questions that I had were answered with patience and attention to detail. I am well satisfied with the purchase and the overall experience with making an important purchase decision easy and hassle-free. Thank you to all at Hartford Toyota for making this happen. More

I am so happy to report that my experience at Hartford Toyota was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone and I would specifically tell them that Dave Goduti was excellent to work with. Dave listened to what I wanted and went to bat for me when it came down to the price that I wanted to pay. Dave was kind and extremely easy to talk to and he stayed with me thru every step of the process. In fact he sent my car back to get re-detailed as it didn't meet his expectations. To say the least I was impressed. In addition to Dave the staff at Hartford Toyota was pleasant and really welcoming, I didn't feel pressured in anyway and they were really happy to make my deal even if I did beat them up a bit. :) They call themselves the SuperStore and I have to say I agree. Second time Leasing with Hartford Toyota We had a great experience returning to Hartford Toyota for another lease. I had checked out a few other vehicle brands when my lease was nearing it's We had a great experience returning to Hartford Toyota for another lease. I had checked out a few other vehicle brands when my lease was nearing it's end, but in the end I came back to Toyota because they were able to not only offer the best price for comparable vehicles but our sales person, Guy Pagliano, was so great to work with first time around. Guy really took care of us to make sure our needs were met and Jen made the close out process so easy for us. I would highly recommend them both and Hartford Toyota. My husband and I plan to keep Toyota at the top of our list for our next vehicles! More

Thank you Jim :):) Jen Raymer handled the paper work on our purchase of a Toyota Rav 4. She was very efficent . All the paper work was in order. Signing papers and going over information about warrenties can become overwelming. Jen made the process simple and we left Hartford Toyota with a smile on our face.
