Still had to wait to be repaired again! Awful,unprofessional and too many other words to list. I gave it one star because they did change the oil after all and for free as per promised when you purchase a new car in their dealer. If you do have a problem you will have to tow your car because they don't have road side assistance included. You have to pay them for the privilege of buying a Nissan and pay for it. There explanation as far as the alignment was I had to hit something and I never did. Not a warranty item. After I got to dealership to pick up my car they told me alignments are not covered . I drive my Versa very carefully I am over 50 years old and racing the car. My seat back on the drivers side was also broken they tried to tell me something was in the track there is no TRACK for seat back they also said it was fixed. It was not fixed it was the same as when I got there. As of now I will never buy buy another Nissan ever again the 36000 mile warranty does not cover any moving parts.Do not buy a car from this dealership. They will pass the blame on to customer. They also lie about repairs.I have also been the only person to drive this car. I will contact Nissan directly. I am not a happy customer. The one good thing is they have free oil changes as long as you advertise with sticker in your back window.THE STICKER comes off my rear window. I was happy until trying to get a car with less than 10,000 fixed under warranty. This is posted all around the dealership. We strive for TRULY EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!
