I was there at 10:40am and did not leave until 3 1/2 hours later! This to me is entirely ridiculous! I bought my SUV from Harbor Nissan so I feel that should give me a priority compared to those who did not buy at the dealership. Also after sitting there 3 1/2 hours when told my SUV was ready to go I then found out they had not even vacuumed it yet! Makes me ask the question what was the problem? More

I dropped my car there and I was given a loaner so my issues could be addressed. They had the car for 26 hours including a tech driving it home to check on an antifreeze issue. The following information was found after we left, on our way home, as I read the paperwork and then we pulled over to look under the hood ourselves. As stated, I went in for multi-point inspection. Paper shows my engine air filter in the red and needs immediate attention but NO ONE told me this; I assume car was on a lift yet Drive Shaft and Differential were not inspected; Brakes were NOT checked AT ALL; tires show "fail"/two at "requires immediate attention" and two at "may need attention in future"--again service advisor said NOTHING to me. He did not even go over the report except to tell me the in cabin air filter needed changing. Car tag said "Wash bay" and final write up says "mobile clean" yet car is as dirty or dirtier than when we took it in. While looking under the hood we saw the failed engine air filter is FILTHY and there was a roach and sand in the container, fluids were NEVER topped off (at other dealers this was automatically part of service during a routine oil change!) and window washer fluid is empty. Oh, oil was filled but overfilled. When I originally scheduled my appointment for the oil change and antifreeze issue I told them that the passenger visor was beginning to fail so they could have a new one on hand-NOPE! had to order after car was there but it didn't come in until the day after I picked up my car, and now I am supposed to drive 45 minutes each way to have it replaced?! Also since my purchase two years ago we smell antifreeze, and so do other people when in or near our car, yet no one in service can smell it or find what is wrong. Had my mileage going in and out at the exact same numbers, but off by more than 7K!!! I told the service advisor that I wanted my cabin air filter to be saved, was told it was in the vehicle; it was not, so now I am wondering if I paid 36$ for something that wasn't done? Battery had a capacity test done with results attached yet there is nothing attached showing said results. Employees/staff seem friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help, yet actions and end results do not match. Very angry at this point! More

It took 3 hours for an oil change I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change, however, they told me they were running behind. When asked how long they said it should be about an 1 hour and 1/2. After 2 hours I called to ask them how much longer. They said they couldn't tell me and it was a work in progress. 3 hours later I was able to retrieve my car. Thankfully my sister picked me up during this process and I was able to sit at her house because the waiting room was full and cramped. Also at 6 months pregnant I couldn't of waited 3 hours without water or snacks. They should let their customers know ahead of time. Why not go to another location for an oil change that will only take 30 minutes or less? I believe we will be taking the sticker off the back of suv and visiting another location for oil changes. More
Delightful experience Second time ther. Both times tony was very helpful and competent. Got me in and out as quickly as possible. Kept me posted on status. Prefer going th Second time ther. If they didn't have the part then they should have informed me so I could have made one trip. More
