What is the purpose of an appointment? I still don't understand how we are forced to make appointments only to find ourselves waiting for almost 2hrs. for an oil change. I own 2 vehicles wi I still don't understand how we are forced to make appointments only to find ourselves waiting for almost 2hrs. for an oil change. I own 2 vehicles with Nissan, and our daughter drives one. She also had made an appointment and ended up not getting her oil changed because it was over 2hrs. and she had a small child with her! This is unacceptable. If an appointment is made it should be priority. Those w/o appointments should wait or make one like the rest of us. More

They really went above and beyond in all aspects of customer service. Thank you all again for a wonderful experience on service of our Pathfinder and the sell of our new Titan and maximum... Kudos to you all... And one last thing when we had to use a rental they have a great Department they're also the young lady at the desk had a great personality... I would definitely bring her another permanent marker... I apologize that I forgot her name but with the last comment I'm sure everybody will know who it is that works at that store. ALTHOUGH, the customer service there was great. Lori was fantastic and one of the best employees there I have dealt with. She was quick and assertive and very friendly! She has done great on making an impression for harbor nissan. Now update your service crew and I'd say this place is 5 star! More

Sure, it helps advertise for your Dealership...it does nothing for my husband or I. When I first started noticing this large decal(s) on vehicles a few years ago, I thought it was a rental car. At the time, I thought it was reckless as it points out the rental car and potentially cause a situation where the driver and passengers are suspected as tourists. Remember back when Rental Cars were identified as such and a horrible crime occurred in Florida due to the car being identified as a Rental, thus resulting in the robbery and ultimate murders of the tourists? The Rental Car Agencies decided to make their vehicles less noticeable as a rental car in order to blend in with resident vehicles. We work hard for our money and when we bought our new vehicle, we were happy with your dealership and our salesman, and our course, our brand new, Nissan. We heard about the free oil changes for one year, but did not hear that it came at a cost with driving around for a full year with this hideous, large sign displaying your website on our back window. Do you really think this will bring in more business?? By putting your decals on my beautiful Nissan, only you are getting the value, (if you can call it that). Not us. I'll re-consider when we get ready to replace our 2nd vehicle, a 2009 Nissan. You did well by that vehicle earlier this year and I was pleased with the service and warranty that was done on that vehicle. But not enough that I will consider another purchase with your dealership for free $30 (total $120/annual) oil changes in exchange for your huge decals on the back window of my vehicle. How is this dealership rated almost 5 stars?!?! If I could give negative stars I would.The service dept at Harbor Nissan is a joke.They always act like they are busier than they actually are.Every t If I could give negative stars I would.The service dept at Harbor Nissan is a joke.They always act like they are busier than they actually are.Every time you call for an appointment its always the following week they can "fit you in"...They damaged my vehicle 3 times on 2 repairs..BEWARE if you go in for a paint issue.They have some inexperienced "body man" that does repairs on brand new cars in the back lot somewhere.They clear coat over emblems so they dont have to remove them for starters.Orange peel and fish eyes throughout the repaired area.Brought back to fix and is now worse.I guess they dont care cause most of their customers are elderly and dont see very well is my guess.I had a part ordered on a seperate occasion.Took them 6 weeks to get in stock.Not one phone call to me to say why so long.I called parts dept to verify order.It had been ordered and was not on back order.When it FINALLY came in they damaged my dash with a screwdriver changing out radio.Even oil changers have the rubber/plastic tools to do this without damaging.So im not sure who dropped the ball there.The service drive is run by a bunch of idiots.No walk arounds are done with customer when dropping car off..When you leave they just give you keys and let you go find your car.Everytime Ive used them my car comes back dirtier than when I dropped it off.I will drive to bradenton from now on and use Firkins Nissan.Its a drive but their service dept is on another planet compared to these clowns in port charlotte.I bought 2 vehicles this year from Harbor and sadly the service dept doesnt live up to the sales experience ..Go elsewhere for your Nissan needs.This dealership is worse than the one in Venice Florida ..And I didnt think that would be possible.When I asked the body shop man why he didnt take off emblem before painting?..His response was he didnt feel comfortable putting one back on..What!!!! do not bring your car here for other than a free oil change.You've been warned. The woman who handled the appointments squeezed me in earlier as I was preparing for a long trip to Georgia. I arrived a few minutes ahead of scheduled oil change. I was met promptly at the entrance and were greeted warmly. The car was returned an hour later; oil change completed, and also a complimentary inspection. During the time the vehicle was being serviced, my wife and I roamed the showroom and were treated there with respect. Definitely satisfied with the service and the ease by which we made our appointment. When we will be in the market to replace our Expedition, we are thinking that the Armada might serve us well. I sat down and walked around for about an hour and a half. By that time I was wondering what happened with my car. I went back in to talk to the service guy and he can't find my work order. He said where's your car? I said where you parked it 1.5 hours ago. He says oops we will get it in right away. Another half hour goes by and my car is finally done. Never gave me a multi point inspection as I had asked for air to be put in my tire with no luck. Very poor service More
