What's the point of having an appointment? I had an oil change appointment on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. I pulled in at 10:55. After doing the minor paperwork, I was told it was going to be 1 1/2 I had an oil change appointment on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. I pulled in at 10:55. After doing the minor paperwork, I was told it was going to be 1 1/2 hours. I said, 'really, I have an appointment". The Service Rep said they were busy, so I went to the waiting room and waited, and waited. After 1 1/2 she came out and suggested a needed service. I refused and then she said the vehicle would be going to the car wash soon and it shouldn't be much longer. At 2:00 p,m., I was pacing the floor. I drove out of the lot at 2:15, over 3 hours later! I told her the wait was totally ridiculous! I don't know why I waited for the car to be washed; it was the worst car wash and towel dry ever! I went home and washed the car in my driveway. I was very disappointed. More

profesionalism The dealer & body shop did a great job. Had a recall done again asked if any more recall's were in my future .They said no. Went home & sitting in the mail box another recall. Not good. I took off 2 stars on the rating for Nissan telling the dealer that the 2nd recall was drooped & was not needed. Now I have to waist a full day when all recall could have been done on the last recall. I feel they were not honest with me. More
