Not very good When the appointment was made it was for a recall and the air vent in the back. Aparently there were two recalls and one they needed to order a part so I have to go back. As far as the air vent that never got addressed and will have to get addressed next time. I sat there for TWO hours which I really did not need to do. I had to go to desk and ask about my car. Low and behold it had been done and no one told me!!! Then I found when I got to the car the air vent was not taken care off either. I was not a happy camper. More

Paint and interior protection plan. We bought our car on Monday and the appointment to have the paint and fabric protection on the car was able to be scheduled for Wednesday. (Richard Caracciolo made the arrangements) We were impressed with the attention of everyone in the service dept. and the speed if having the service completed. What could have taken several hours was completed in one hour. This saved us much time and travel. The sales staff and service staff were very friendly and helpful. The reason for the average rating is because the last two times I had my oil changed, it took nearly two hours with an appointment. One time, the service adviser forgot to tell me my car was ready so I sat there for 40 minutes after my car was finished. This past time, I had an appointment and still had to wait nearly two hours. I understand the oil changes are normally free, but don't understand why it should take so long if you have an appointment. More

Even though they had the car for a week since for the window repair they ordered the wrong part which we understood wrong parts can be ordered.. .The follow up visit we received the new tires we paid for but the tire light is still on. We called to see if they could assist with bringing our car back or picking us up. The call was made at 8:30 am and three follow up calls were placed since no one called back until finally at 1 pm they agreed toPick us up. However after waiting an hour with no call from the driver, an appointment was scheduled to be picked up the following morning at 8. Not sure we will be bringing our car back for further services since we began to question if oil was completed. More
