It was clean neat free pastries and coffee or water. Wifi. In and out in no time. Truck even vacuumed out as they handed me my keys. Great job including complete vehicle inspection. Thanks again. One more thing my sales lady Kelly saw me in the service area and came over hugged me and thanked me again for buying my truck here. More

On my second visit to actually fix what was wrong with my car it was perfect. My only complaint is the process not the people.it took 2 weeks to actually fix the problem. One visit to look at it and order the part and another visit to fix it. I had to drive a brand new car around for 2 weeks with the door to the gas cap open cause it wouldnt shut. More

Wait time is unacceptable! My wife and I qualify for free oil changes since we advertise for the dealership. The dealership recently changed their policy so you are required to My wife and I qualify for free oil changes since we advertise for the dealership. The dealership recently changed their policy so you are required to make an appointment when you need a service completed versus just walking in. You would think this would reduce your wait time right?! I waited over 2 hours to have a basic oil change done on my car and this isn't the first time this has happened either! I am done with this dealership, their advertisement is coming off my car and I will not be back. I think they've gotten in way over their heads and just don't want to admit it. More

Free Oil Changes For Life Is A Great Benefit, But Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the free oil changes I get (as my review title says,) but having my appointment scheduled for the wrong day even afte Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the free oil changes I get (as my review title says,) but having my appointment scheduled for the wrong day even after I called a second time to verify wasn't impressive, and the two hour wait kind of offset the $29 I saved on the oil service. And then, they're out of reminder decals to place in my car for the next service? Finally, to have a $119.99 "15,000 service package" recommended for an air filter, wiper blades and tire rotation was a blatant attempt to grab my money, especially since I had just replaced my own air filter last month. The free coffee and room temperature bottled water just isn't worth that much. More

APPARENTLY IT IS A "STRUT" THAT IS CAUSING THE KNOCKING NOISE IN OUR NEW VEHICLE AND IT IS A PROBLEM THAT IS KNOWN BUT THERE IS NOT A FIX AT THIS TIME. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!! NOT HAPPY WITH A NEW VEHICLE THAT AT THIS TIME CANNOT BE REPAIRED!!!!! In addition, since there is no idea how to repair the PROBLEM, truly, no one can state if it can harm other parts or be a safety issue now or in the future!! Difficult to rate service when one cannot get service on a new vehicle!!! More
