Found the noiae Took Car in was making rattling noise, thought it was on of the fans, tech could not duplicate problem. Maureen the Service Director told me if I he Took Car in was making rattling noise, thought it was on of the fans, tech could not duplicate problem. Maureen the Service Director told me if I heard again to bring right in, which is what I did the next day. Took a ride with the tech in the car and he then heard it and said he knew what it was. An hour later I was gone and so was the noise! Thanks to Maureen problem solved, and at no charge!!! More

It could not be repaired that day so I received a rental. I was informed on a daily basis as to the progress . I was called on 12-22-16 in the evening that my car was ready. I picked up same on Friday 12-23-16 clean and ready for my use. I was treated with respect and there was the explicit apology that it took so long. I was pleased with the service which I received and will recommend this Nissan dealership for their caring and the excellent manner of service. More

I arrived about an hour early for the appointment and let Matt a line know i had another appointment so would not be waiting for the vehicle to be completed. He let me know when the work for the recall I was notified about as well as another one that I was not aware of would be completed and that he would all me when it was. My appointment ended earlier than expected, so I called Matt to see if I could pick my car up early. He took a second to check for me and told me it would be complete by the time I arrived and it was! I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience with the service department. More

What good is having an appiontment. I made an appointment for 9 am on a Saturday, and my truck didn't see a service bay until 10:30. After the service department identified the check en I made an appointment for 9 am on a Saturday, and my truck didn't see a service bay until 10:30. After the service department identified the check engine light problem and changed the sensor, they brought it down off the lift and parked it outside, it was then another 45 min before they brought in into the service area again to do the oil change. I didn't get out of there until 1pm.....4 hrs. I have the Harbor Nissan sticker on my back window and they didn't even wash my truck.....Communication with the service guy was all but non existent. Asked them to look into a squeak that was coming from the rear of my truck, they said it was my plastic hood protector that was on the hood.....nope, found out back at my house, that it was my spare tire holder that was loose. I drove up there to have service done because the sales staff is excellent and I do not care for Sutherland Nissan. Looks like I'll have to give Sutherland another try or head to Naples Nissan. More
