Excellent, casual approach, very appreciated. CLEARLY has listened to his training teachers, but able to gauge this individual Customer and not push where not needed. Also, appreciated his follow thru/extra effort with the necessary, second visit for delivery requirements on this new vehicle. Also, need to include Zach, in Finance. Have been through deals where you don't see the finance person until the end, or lots of back and forth for the salesperson. The communication between Sean and Zach apparently worked SO well, that I got to meet him early in the process, probably shortening the time of transaction by being personable and available. Well done, and I'm glad to have a place I feel comfortable recommending. More

New Sonata Overall, the experience was good. When the car was first delivered and I went to purchase it, there were red/orange rust spots all over the car (rail Overall, the experience was good. When the car was first delivered and I went to purchase it, there were red/orange rust spots all over the car (rail dust, industrial fall out?). I was going to walk away because I did not like the look of it, there were also a few minor scratches on passenger door. The manager talked with me and told me they would detail clean the car, buff out the scratches, to come back in a day, and we can go from there. The next day I came back, and the car looked much better, scratches were gone, but there were still small amounts of the rust spots here and there. I told them that I am done, do not want the car, want my refund for the deposit. At that point in time they couldnt do that, because the cashier was not in for the day, so could not refund the CC. The manager gave me his best pitch and said he would throw in the protector package with the purchase, just give him one more chance. I left, debated for a while, and ended up deciding to give him one more chance. They detail cleaned the car again. Came back, car looked good went through with the purhcase. I am not exactly sure what they did to detail the car, because within a week or two, I had various rust spots on the car again. I took the car to my own detailer, who clay bar the car, buffed and waxed it, and it looked perfect. After that, the next day, took it to the dealer to get the protector package put on, that was done in 3-4 hours. So far, I am happy with the car, would recommend the dealer to friends. More
