Arrived at 11:25:for my 11:30 appointment, waited 10 minutes for something check me in. Then was told my car would not be ready until 1 or 2 because people would going to lunch. As always could not get on your customer wifi ans since I needed that to work I called my wife to come get me. As she was walking up they pulled my car up at 12:15 which would have been great to have had that knowledge before making her make a unnecessary trip. The person that checked me in was not personal and tried to get me to purchase a lot of things my car did not need. All around, not a good experience. More
