the dealership doesn't register or transfer your tag to your new car until it has expired or you get pulled over and are given a ticket for them not completeing the transfer or newal process. Then they will not reimburse you for any of your charges even when it was the mistake of the title clerk and ot the F&I person at Fiat. The buying process was great but when comes to knowing the buisness and taking care of the customer they are horrible. they will tell you to your face what they want you to hear and then when you leave they do nothing to help you. Very bad manangement by Mr. Williams who I hold fully responsible and lied to me twice saying that he would take of my issue. He is a liar and I will not recommend any of the dealerships associated with this company. I will also repost this to the better buisness bureau and to my finance company Santander. I will recommend them to watch out for being ripped off by this dealership. I paid money through financing my used car and then the dealership did not complete their end of the transactiona dn becaus eof this I now have to pay more to get my vehicale registration from them. I will not give them any of my hard earned money for their mistake and it is a matter of principle now. my can stay expired for a year and I will contact a lawyer to handle any charges I incure during this time. Never in all of my years buying a car have I experienced a dealership not completing their end of a deal. As far as I am concerend and I'm sure my finance company will agree they owe me the money back that was paid for the tranfer fee of my tag which was not EVER completed fully for almost three months. I was looking to trade in my car for something newer and was curious about Fiat's (as most Americans might be) so I decided to stop by Fiat of Orange Park and test drive one. As I arrived, a sales person, by the name of Tom, approached me immediately and comfortably, as I felt no sense of him urging me to buy a car. Mind you, I had no immediate intention of purchasing a Fiat that day but was simply curious as to the nature of the car. I test drove a Fiat 500 Sport with Tom and asked him as many questions as I could think of, which was easy as his knowledge of the car is excellent. After the test drive, I retrieved a copy of the IIHS safety ratings and went on my way. After sleeping on the thought of owning a Fiat, I returned the next day and asked Tom exactly what the final price would be that I would have to pay for everything, out the door. He was very kind and helpful and immediately printed out for me a receipt with every detail of cost, adding up to the total price I would have to pay. After much more thought and, more importantly, figuring out the financial aspect, I decided, on the second day since the test drive, to go ahead with the purchase. I purchased a used Fiat 500 Sport from Tom at Fiat of Orange Park and, I must say, that the experience I had from both Tom and Fiat of OP was excellent. Whether serious or curious, I recommend Fiat of Orange Park to anyone interested in owning a Fiat. More

I was looking for a new car, and I've heard good things about Fiat. Seeing as how Fiat is a new brand here in the states, i was really interested in learning more about it. My salesman was Zach Wilson, and he was very informative on the Cars and suggested a 500 Sport, to suit my needs. He went over the pros and cons about my trade in compared to the new car and made the transition very easy. The entire dealership was very helpful, and treated me well. From the initial walk in to leaving the financial department, i was never out of a loop, and everything was explained and every question i had was answered. Also being the only Fiat of north florida, they want to have a level of professionalism that i know will keep customers and gain new ones. More

Our salesman Scott kepple was absolutely the best part of our experience. He was friendly greated us right away and went out of his way for at every turn. We have a 2 year old so keeping him entertained and with no food for lunch was very complicated. We were walking out the door when they finished paperwork and drug us back. I have to tell you overall the friendly nature of all the people was great. It made a great shopping atmosphere. If you happen upon this dealership ask for Scott kepple he won't steer you wrong. The rating of 3 on the price is because I am one of those people that don't like dealer price what so ever. We paid just a little below msrp. More

They have bar none the most courteous finance guy in the business. We gave the MGR a finance rate we were approved for from the bank and within one day the finance office matched it. We received a very fair trade in value on our vehicles and our loan term was even better than we expected. So over all our experience was pretty good. We love the style and handling of the vehicles and their gas mileage is better than what is on the sticker. We did have a blow out on the rear left tire due to a manufacturer defect (Yokohama AVID SB34 205/60/R16). The dealer replaced the rim and the tire even though the liability should have been on the tire manufacturer. Yokohama on the other hand wanted us to drive around and find a dealer to replace the tire. Orange Park Mitsubishi was nice enough to assume the defective tire and fix it. The Mitisubishi manufacturer consumer hotline was very rude and basically said TY for your dual car purchase now find a tire dealer to deal with your problem. Orange Park Mitsubishi dealt with the issue and placed customer satisfaction over profit. 1. This dealer would be the reason I would buy another Mitsubishi and not the customer service for the manufacturer. Mitsubishi consumer hotline treated me like I was supposed to know the tire was going to blow. 2. Sales was quick and to the point with fair pricing. 3. Finance MGR was very quick and very fair and hid nothing. He was straight forward with the numbers and our numbers matched with a first time go. 4. Service Dept replaced a tire and rim that Yokohama and Mitsubishi wouldn't replace even though it was a defective tire that caused the damage to the rim. So this service dept looks out for their customers even when the Manufacturer told us to suck up the damage. Overall I would buy another car from this Auto group but it WOULD NOT be a Mitsubishi. The manufacturer blamed it on the tire company and the tire company and Mitsubishi (Corporate) told us to drive around and find a replacement and they may reimburse us...Um tire blown... How do you drive around and look for a tire when its blown..??????? 5. Mitsubishi Road Side Assistance that comes with the car WOULD NOT pick up our car only two days after it was bought even though the breakdown was caused by an equipment malfunction. I will never buy a Mitsubishi EVER again but I would buy a car from Tom and Pete as this car group owns several lots and their service is dynamite. More
