Terrible Service with a smile My oil change experience was horrible. My oil cap was put back on way too tight. I was then told this is normal and the edges round off and the caps e My oil change experience was horrible. My oil cap was put back on way too tight. I was then told this is normal and the edges round off and the caps eventually are broken off and replaced for and slight charge. 90.00$!!! I was told that caps cannot be put on to tight. After later inquiries with nurous businesses I was informed unanimously that rounded edges is not normal And that yes an oil cap can be put back on to tight. Horrible service and complete disregard for the community or customers. More

Routine (Dealer for Life) oil change and tire rotation/ I have been a regular customer at Hamilton's since 2008. I find most of their service staff to be courteous and professional. My only gripe is tha I have been a regular customer at Hamilton's since 2008. I find most of their service staff to be courteous and professional. My only gripe is that I live 30 miles away and so I usually wait at the lounge for the service to be performed. I advise them of this when making the appointment. Even for basic service such as the one done this time there is always a minimum wait time of 90 minutes. I would like to see them reduce the time for "waiters" especially those of us who always make an appointment in advance. More

Brakes I went in June to have my breaks checked. They replaced my front brakes and assured me that my rear brakes were fine. Less than a week passed and I no I went in June to have my breaks checked. They replaced my front brakes and assured me that my rear brakes were fine. Less than a week passed and I notice grinding when I braked and went back into the dealership. Again I was assured that the mechanics had checked all my brakes and cleaned the rear brakes of any possible debris. Within a day I noticed grinding and called in again but was unable to get take time off work for yet another appointment. On my third visit I was again told that the rear brakes were fine. A month and a half after initially reporting that I was still having brake problems the manager Charlie Hamilton finally finds that my rear brake drum pads were metal to metal. Brakes are basic!!! Someone there is not doing their job to investigate problems. More
