When an unexpected issue arose (with the hybrid battery) that required a few extra days to resolve, I was kept informed throughout the process and offered a loaner vehicle to minimize the inconvenience. The transparency and communication greatly minimized the unexpected impact of not having the car for a few days. It also helped a lot that Mazda replaced the battery free of charge. More
