In addition the vehicle I wanted to purchase was featured on the website but when Arnaldo looked for me it had not arrived yet. I really appreciated Arnaldo explaining this to me and working hard to rectify the situation as it was off putting. I would suggest the website be updated to reflect when a vehicle is arriving because it’s more helpful to customers but I recognize that this is likely an intentional tactic used by Halleen Kia to apply a bait and switch sales strategy.
