Alex got my car in early and checked out, found some underlying brake snd steering issues that needed addressed asap. The crew at Haldeman know between family and work I cannot be without my car for long and certainly cannot suffer a failure on the road as I put 1,000+ miles on weekly. Alex called me up, let me know what was going on and promised completion by 3:15pm. I walked in at 3:10 and they were just polishing up the car and he was calling my phone. He also found a coupon for me to soften the expense. That experience validated why I bought my car there and have it serviced there. They treat my time, money and purchase like it was their own.
