After our depiction was made to by the Explorer we got further assistance from Ken who went out of his way to locate an Explorer with the exact features we were looking for. And even though the one he found was to states away, they didn’t blink just made arrangements to have the truck brought down for us. Overall the experience was great with everyone at Haldeman Ford. We even ended up purchasing a second used car at the same time from there lot to replace our other older car. Will definitely go back when the time comes. More
