2nd New Vehicle Purchase We had recently worked with Paul Carmon on the purchase of a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD pick up truck, and we let Paul know at the time that we were also We had recently worked with Paul Carmon on the purchase of a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD pick up truck, and we let Paul know at the time that we were also interested in the 2019 Toyota Rav 4. As soon as these vehicles came in, Paul sent us a video of the vehicle inside and out with a brief overview of all the many features. We immediately made an appointment with Paul for the next day. As he did the first time, Paul greeted us at the door right on time with a big smile and warm handshake. Even though he was very busy, the car was all set for us to take for a test drive. We knew right away that this was the car for me! In a very short amount of time, Paul had arranged for the trade in and financing. We then sat down with Finance Manager Drew Nicastro who had the paperwork all ready for us to review and sign. Drew was very knowledgeable and capable with all aspects of the paperwork. As it was later in the day, we arranged to come back the next day to pick up the vehicle. Again, Paul was very busy but was right on time for our appointment. He sat in the car with us to explain in great detail the many features that this car has to offer. He also helped me to download some apps on my phone to assist with the set up. Paul is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the many vehicles that he sells. He also sent a follow up email asking if I needed any further assistance with anything regarding the vehicle.
