I placed a custom build on a 2021 JLU with Mike Teter in May. He walked me through each and every step clearly and thoroughly, even making some great suggestions along the way. He gave me an honest and realistic window for delivery, and kept me updated multiple times throughout the build process. My Jeep was delivered today, and Mike took the extra steps to make sure my paperwork was ready to sign on arrival (we have two young toddlers that never sit still for long). I am incredibly grateful for his dedication to perfect customer service. We will use Mike for every vehicle purchase going forward. Thank you Mike! More
