Worst dealership I have EVER delt with, very unprofessional. Nothing but deception and incompetence from this dealership from day one, called to confirm that a vehicle was in stock and that we were ready to purc Nothing but deception and incompetence from this dealership from day one, called to confirm that a vehicle was in stock and that we were ready to purchase (2016 BMW M5). We were told the vehicle was in stock and ready to go. We then proceeded to send the dealership a requested $1,000.00 deposit to hold the vehicle for 10 days (we were planning to fly out from NY where we lived to Orlando to pick-up the car) and they would send a confirmation of the deposit via email with the terms (none of that was done). The $1,000 deposit was quickly taken on May 16th, 2019 and everything seemed OK but was just a little worried why no email confirmation was sent yet. Fast forward to May 21st after the funds were long into the dealerships hands we get a call from Luis Correa (sales person) that there are "issues", mind you this was AFTER 3 separate sales associates CONFIRMED the vehicle was in stock ! We were then told the vehicle was SOLD since April 16th 2019 ! We said WHAT, how is that possible ?! Then we were told the car was sent to Germany to have a motorized rear sunshade fixed and its sitting there for the last 8 weeks ! Then we were told the vehicle was actually at a local BMW dealership in Orlando, Florida and is waiting for said part for repair. Then the story changed to the "real problem" was that we had simultaneously sent in a deposit for the same car in the exact same time as "another" customer, WHAT ? We then were told that they are looking to see who was first with there deposit and are checking with the accounting dept. We then asked them we would be willing to take possession of the vehicle with the non working motorized sunshade, but they said OH NO we CAN'T release the vehicle like that, and the car would not start due to the defective motorized sun shade...WHAT we said, how is that possible ? So we were feed wild stories constantly right from the beginning on why they could not deliver the vehicle for sale, while they quickly took possession of our $1,000 deposit. We were then given the name and contact number of their general/finance manager Albert J. who unfortunately just keep making more excuses and then promised that by no later than Thursday May 23, 2019 we would get our deposit back ! So fast forward to today May 28, 2019 still NO RETURN OF OUR $1,000 DEPOSIT ! So yet another promise by Mr. J that our deposit will be now returned no later than this Thursday May 30th...we will see. Mind you we have been calling and leaving messages constantly and usually never get a call back, boy that's some great customer service wouldn't you say ? Needless to say I have consulted with a Lawyer and have filed a official complaint with our Bank and are further pursuing other legal remedies and filing complaints to other related agencies to get this resolved ASAP. Worst experience ever with a car dealership, period. They must think customers are really stupid to believe all of their deceptions and lack of respect they pushed upon us...My Son is a IT Specialist and I have a background in Mechanical Engineering and had worked in the automotive industry for a time so we were not easily fooled. Additionally, the dealership ran my credit report which lowered my credit score by 6 points, while they knew that they couldn't deliver the vehicle ! Horrible ! Mr. J has promised to fix all these issues. Anyone taking bets ? More
