My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Despite the website advertising that all fees were included, I was later presented with addi disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Despite the website advertising that all fees were included, I was later presented with additional fees that had not been disclosed upfront. I was also asked to sign paperwork stating that I had test-driven the vehicle when I had not, which immediately raised concerns about the dealership's transparency and integrity. Unfortunately, the salesman's approach only added to my discomfort, as the entire interaction felt disingenuous and left me questioning whether I was being treated honestly. To make matters worse, my vehicle was delivered with two nails in the same tire, both too close together to be safely repaired. I had no choice but to purchase an entirely new tire out of pocket. When I brought this issue to the dealership's attention and requested reimbursement, they refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation. Buying a car should be an exciting experience, but this dealership turned it into an incredibly frustrating one. Between the undisclosed fees, questionable paperwork, uncomfortable sales experience, and refusal to take responsibility for a vehicle delivered with a damaged tire, I have very little positive to say. I expected much better customer service and accountability. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from this dealership to think twice. More

Terrible experience. The out door price that they quote you is NOT an out the door price. Fine it doesn’t include TT&L. I get that. But it also doesn’t include a $3k “elite protection plan” that is mandatory. They claim transparent pricing but it’s anything but. Go to Carmax or EchoPark if you want transparent prices. Don't wasteyiur time driving to this dealership they use a bait and switch tq tic to get you in the door. I've been there twice and both times it was a waste of time and gas.
