The worst car buying experience I have ever experienced! Then once the care was shipped they forgot put the temp tag on the vehicle so I currently have no tag nor registration after contacting them last Thursday and they stated that they were overnighting the documents that day 5 days ago! The one sales representative I wasn't contact with was sporadic and inconsiderate. Here is one of the responses I was given: "My store and I are really really busy all the time.. not a regular dealership.. I'm almost always with a client in person..we have to tend to our clients in store..so when I have a small window of time to work with you or any other out of state client we do..now when you or other clients dnt respond with that time n instead 3 days later..there isn't much I can do to help move the process faster you see." As stated, hgreg does not have time for out of state customers. More
