Happy with our purchase, and the finance manager (Mo) was great. I get the feeling that all the “salespeople” do here are greet, test drive , and have you sign initial disclosures. Because our guy was awful great. I get the feeling that all the “salespeople” do here are greet, test drive , and have you sign initial disclosures. Because our guy was awful when it came to listening, advising. I asked to have the car cleaned before pickup, all that was done was a hose off. Asked for the dealer badge to be removed, just ripped it off and left it broken in the lot. Put on the plate, took off the dealer frame and paper tag and threw it on my wife’s trunk. Where do you get these guys, or the commission you pay only attracts this level service. Again I’d rather have only dealt with the finance manager…he was 4.5 star. Salesman was .5 star. Not a great experience because of that. HGreg Miami More
This if the HGreg in Orlando I called the dealership when I was an hour away and informed them that I was going to buy a particular car that I already test drove. I asked them to have the car ready for when I was an hour away and informed them that I was going to buy a particular car that I already test drove. I asked them to have the car ready for me. When I arrived around 3:15pm (remember the time), the car was still in the lot. The salesman told me that he would go get it and bring it to the front. My son & I decided to walk the lot to kill time. 30 minutes later, the salesman comes out & gets the car (maybe he had another customer & didn’t want to lose them for us). After inspecting the car, we found a few other flaws that I didn’t notice 2 days before but knew nothing could be done about them (I only mention this to show where some of the time went). We went inside to start the dreaded paperwork (note that I was buying the car with cash). 30+ minutes later, the paperwork was printed & signed. None of this paperwork had the contract. The salesman then says to me that he will send the paperwork to the back & it would be around 30-45 minutes before they will see me. I was very confused…I didn’t understand why we just sat here and signed a bunch of other paperwork and not the contract. I asked the salesman why I had to wait (all I needed to do at this point was to write a check, sign the contract & title work). The salesman said to me “this is how we do business”! I couldn’t believe it!!! Finally, at almost 5:30pm, they call me back to finish the paperwork. We are now ready to leave, or so we thought. After all this time, the car still was not ready, the salesman was with another customer and asked us to wait. I said something to a manager, and he asked the salesman to come take care of us. The salesman said he was busy with a customer. I yelled at him “I am a customer!” We finally left the dealership at about 6:30pm. More than 3 hours to buy a car with cash! Smh!!! Bait & Switch!!! Please note that the price of the car that is advertised, is not the price of the car!!! We all know that all dealerships have a dealer fee. This dealership has a dealer fee of $1,299. Not only do they have a dealer fee, but they also have an electric filing fee of $699 & protection package $795. I was able to get them to remove the protection package, but they would not remove the eclectic filing fee. That means that the price at the very least is $2,000 more than the listed price! The only reason I still bought my car here was it was a special addition & I couldn’t find it anywhere else. I know I will lose many hours of my life going forward thinking of this experience and that’s my own issue, however; If you are like me, & your brain doesn’t turn off, think twice before giving this dealership your business. I was looking to buy my daughter a car for the University. After shopping around, I found a Kia Sportage in the Doral Store. I brought the car home, but she didn't like it. Since the Hgreg policy University. After shopping around, I found a Kia Sportage in the Doral Store. I brought the car home, but she didn't like it. Since the Hgreg policy states that we had three days or 300 miles to return the car, we went back tom the store in Miami, and they did the exchange for a Subaru WRX with no hassle. We were attended on the spot and the change came with no issues. These people were very professional and treated us very nicely/ More
