Grieco Nissan of Delray Beach

On August 6th, I purchased a vehicle from Grieco Nissan of Delray Beach. After closing the deal all that was left was for them to send me a text with the link to the LoJack that was already installed on th of Delray Beach. After closing the deal all that was left was for them to send me a text with the link to the LoJack that was already installed on the vehicle (I didn’t want it but was told they could not remove it). Today is Sept 11th and I still nothing. All I get from the Finance Manager (who was the person who was supposed to send me this info), Salesman and Customer Care manager is “I’ll call you back” and here I am still waiting……... It’s a shame it has to get to this point! More

I was relieved over how smoothly my Mother's car purchase went. It all began with Patrick Blanc. He followed up with my online form, i was reluctant living in NJ trying to secure a car for my Mom.
